Before the old forum went offline, I managed to grab the toronto flyer mod. However the read me file doesn't have instructions on how to install the D40LF toronto flyer mod. Thanks

I have no idea what mod you are talking about. Please get me the download link so that I can investigate, because I have never heard of that mod before.

It's not my mod, so I don't think I can re-upload it. I re-added a screenshot of the files tho. It's made by Thor2132 and Dash5155

From some instructions for the San Andreas Bus Transit Overhaul Mod 2014:

"2. Install the buses from the folder "Buses" using your favorite vehicle installer. I use GGMM"

From this, I would assume that you can install the ZIP file with the Toronto bus mod using GGMM, as it follows the format for it.

Reason for no instructions in the readme is cause the only thing that you would need is a handling line unless other things have changed.

To install any vehicle without special instructions, this program is all you ever need:
